２　外国銀行代理銀行は、前項（第二号から第六号までに係る部分に限る。）の規定による届出をしたときは、内閣府令で定めるところにより、その届出をした内容を公告するとともに、一月を下らない期間、当該届出に係る所属外国銀行に係る外国銀行代理業務を営む当該外国銀行代理銀行のすべての営業所の公衆の目につきやすい場所に掲示しなければならない。
