２　前項の場合において、やむを得ない理由により当該船舶を検疫区域等に入れ、若しくは港外に退去させ、又は当該航空機をその場所から離陸させ、若しくは離水させることができないときは、船舶等の長は、最寄りの検疫所長、検疫所がないときは保健所長に、検疫感染症の患者の有無、発航地名、寄航地名その他厚生労働省令で定める事項を通報しなければならない。例文帳に追加
