９　派遣元の事業を行う者は、粉じん作業に係る事業における派遣就業に従事する派遣中の労働者で常時粉じん作業に従事するもの（じん肺管理区分が管理二、管理三又は管理四と決定された労働者を除く。）が労働安全衛生法第六十六条第一項又は第二項の健康診断（当該派遣先の事業を行う者の行うものを除く。）において、じん肺法第二条第一項第一号に規定するじん肺（以下単に「じん肺」という。）の所見があり、又はじん肺にかかつている疑いがあると診断されたときは、遅滞なく、その旨を当該派遣先の事業を行う者に通知しなければならない。例文帳に追加
