四　陸上空港等及び陸上ヘリポートにあつては、滑走路、誘導路及びエプロン（いずれも基礎地盤を含む。第七号及び第八十五条第一号において同じ。）並びにこれらの強度に影響を及ぼす地下の工作物がこれらを使用することが予想される航空機の予想される回数の運航に十分耐えるだけの強度を有するものであること。
