第三百八十九条の十一 事業者は、切羽までの距離が百メートル（可燃性ガスが存在して爆発又は火災が生ずるおそれのあるずい道等以外のずい道等にあつては、五百メートル）以上となるずい道等に係るずい道等の建設の作業を行うときは、落盤、出水、ガス爆発、火災等が生じたときに備えるため、関係労働者に対し、当該ずい道等の切羽までの距離が百メートルに達するまでの期間内に一回、及びその後六月以内ごとに一回、避難及び消火の訓練（以下「避難等の訓練」という。）を行わなければならない。
