一般権能の英語

(1) 科学技術省は，2年の期間内に関連の権能を有する自治州と共同して，スペイン特許商標庁，該当する場合は自治州の所轄官庁とそれらのサービスの利用者との間の通信及び書類の交換が電子的媒体を利用して提出若しくは送信されることができ，又は必要な場合は提出若しくは送信されるものとする場合を決定する権限を有する。当該通信及び各種書類の一般的条件，要件及び技術的仕様については，スペイン特許商標庁長官の決定によって設定される。例文帳に追加

1. The Ministry of Science and Technology is empowered to determine within a period of two years, in collaboration with the Autonomous Communities that have assumed the relevant powers, those cases in which communications and the exchange of documentation between the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, the competent bodies of the Autonomous Communities where appropriate and the users of their services may, or where necessary shall, be filed or submitted using an electronic carrier. The general conditions, requirements and technical features of the communications and the various documents shall be fixed by decision of the Director General of the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office. - 特許庁

(4)登録官の一般的指示及び監督並びに登録官が課す条件又は制限に従うことを条件として，副登録官又は登録官補は，登録官の本法に基づく権能を行使することができ，かつ，本法により登録官が行うこと又は署名することを指定され，許可され又は義務付けられている事柄は，副登録官又は登録官補が行い又は署名することができ，また，副登録官又は登録官補による行為又は署名は，登録官が行った又は署名したものとしての効力を有するものとする。例文帳に追加

(4) Subject to the general direction and control of the Registrar and to such conditions or restrictions as may be imposed by the Registrar, a Deputy Registrar or an Assistant Registrar may exercise any function of the Registrar under this Act, and anything by this Act appointed or authorized or required to be done or signed by the Registrar may be done or signed by any Deputy Registrar or Assistant Registrar and the act or signature of a Deputy Registrar or an Assistant Registrar shall be as valid and effectual as if done or signed by the Registrar. - 特許庁
