第百五十一条の六 事業者は、車両系荷役運搬機械等を用いて作業を行うときは、車両系荷役運搬機械等の転倒又は転落による労働者の危険を防止するため、当該車両系荷役運搬機械等の運行経路について必要な幅員を保持すること、地盤の不同沈下を防止すること、路肩の崩壊を防止すること等必要な措置を講じなければならない。
