第百条　厚生労働省の女性主管局長（厚生労働省の内部部局として置かれる局で女性労働者の特性に係る労働問題に関する事務を所掌するものの局長をいう。以下同じ。）は、厚生労働大臣の指揮監督を受けて、この法律中女性に特殊の規定の制定、改廃及び解釈に関する事項をつかさどり、その施行に関する事項については、労働基準主管局長及びその下級の官庁の長に勧告を行うとともに、労働基準主管局長が、その下級の官庁に対して行う指揮監督について援助を与える。

Article 100 (1) The Director-General of the Women's Management Bureau (the director of an internal bureau, within the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, responsible for matters relating to Labor issues associated with the special characteristics of women workers; the same shall apply hereinafter ) of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, under the direction and supervision of the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare, shall administer matters relating to the establishment, revision, abrogation and interpretation of special provisions in this Act relating to women, and, with respect to matters concerning the enforcement thereof, shall advise the Director-General of the Labor Standards Management Bureau and the directors of the government agencies subordinate to that Bureau and shall assist in the direction and supervision of those subordinate government agencies by the Director-General of the Labor Standards Management Bureau. - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム

五　第五十三条の二（第五十三条の三から第五十四条の二まで及び第七十七条第三項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定により都道府県労働局長、労働基準監督署長若しくは厚生労働大臣が製造時等検査、性能検査、個別検定、型式検定若しくは技能講習の業務の全部若しくは一部を自ら行うものとするとき、又は都道府県労働局長、労働基準監督署長若しくは厚生労働大臣が自ら行つていた製造時等検査、性能検査、個別検定、型式検定若しくは技能講習の業務の全部若しくは一部を行わないものとするとき。

(v) Where the Director of the Prefectural Labor Bureau, the Chief of the Labor Standards Office, or the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare decides to carry out the whole or a part of the service of the manufacturing inspection, etc., the performance inspection, the individual examination or the type examination, or the skill training under the provision of 53-2 (including the case where the same provisions are applied mutatis mutandis in Article 53-3 through Article 54-2 and paragraph (3) of Article 77), or where the Director of the Prefectural Labor Bureau, the Chief of the Labor Standards Office, or the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare decides not to carry out the whole or part of the service of the manufacturing inspection, etc., the performance inspection, the individual examination or the type examination, or the skill training, previously executed by himself/herself. - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム

第百二十四条　この法律による改正前のそれぞれの法律の規定による地方労働基準審議会、地方職業安定審議会、地区職業安定審議会、地方最低賃金審議会、地方家内労働審議会及び機会均等調停委員会並びにその会長、委員その他の職員は、相当の都道府県労働局の相当の機関及び職員となり、同一性をもって存続するものとする。

Article 124 The local labor standards councils, local employment security councils, area employment security councils, local minimum wages councils, local industrial homework councils and equal opportunity conciliation committees provided for in the respective Acts prior to revision by this Act and the chairpersons, members and other officials thereof shall become the corresponding organizations and officials of the corresponding Prefectural Labor Bureau, and remain with identity. - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
