三 申請人が保健師、助産師又は准看護師としての業務に従事しようとする場合は、本邦において保健師、助産師又は准看護師の免許を受けた後四年以内の期間中に研修として業務を行うこと。

第三十七条 捕虜及び衛生要員のうち、捕虜収容所長が外国において准看護師に相当する資格を有する者と認めたもの（以下「准看護師相当衛生要員等」という。）は、保健師助産師看護師法第三十二条の規定にかかわらず、自衛隊病院等において、被収容者に対し、医師、歯科医師、看護師、医師相当衛生要員等、歯科医師相当衛生要員等又は看護師相当衛生要員等の指示を受けて、同法第六条に規定する業をすることができる。
