２　金融商品取引業者は、前項の規定による書面の交付に代えて、政令で定めるところにより、当該受益証券を取得しようとする者の承諾を得て、当該書面に記載すべき事項を電子情報処理組織を使用する方法その他の情報通信の技術を利用する方法であつて内閣府令で定めるものにより提供することができる。この場合において、当該金融商品取引業者は、当該書面を交付したものとみなす。例文帳に追加
