次に掲げる標章又は標章の一部は商標として登録されない。(a)恥ずべき又は節度を欠く事項が含まれる標章(b)標章の使用がそのとき施行されている法令に反するもの(c)標章の使用が誤認、混同を引き起こすおそれがあるもの(d)バングラデシュ国民のいかなる階級であれ宗教的感受性を傷付けるおそれがある内容を含む標章(e)国家又は、国際条約、憲章若しくはその他の法律文書によって創設された国際組織の紋章、旗又はその他の記章、それらの名称又は名称の略称若しくは頭文字、それらが採用する公的標識又は印章と同一若しくは模倣又は要素として含む標章。ただし、その国家又は組織の所轄当局が認めるものを除く。(f)その他に、裁判所で保護を受けることができない標章(g)出願が不正の目的で信義に反して行われる標章例文帳に追加

-No mark or part of a mark shall be registered as a trademark- (a) which comprises or consists of any scandalous or obscene matter; or (b) the use of which would be contrary to any law for the time being in force; or (c) the use of which would be likely to deceive or cause confusion; or (d) which contains any matter likely to hurt the religious susceptibilities of any class of the citizens of Bangladesh; (e) which is identical with, or is an imitation of, or contains as a element, an armorial bearing, flag or other emblem, a name or abbreviation or initials of the name of, or official sign or hallmark adopted by, any state or international organization created by an international convention, charter or other instruments, unless authorized by the competent authority of that state or organization; or (f) which would otherwise be disentitled to protection in a court; (g) the application is made in bad intention and faith.発音を聞く  - 特許庁

標識は，次の場合は，商標保護の対象から除外される。(a) 当該標識が，工業所有権の保護に関するパリ条約第6条の3(1)にいう紋章から成り，又はそれを含む場合。ただし，当該標識が第6条の3(3)に従って通知されていることを条件とする。(b) 当該標識が，(a)の対象となっていない記章，表象又は盾の紋地であって，公益性のあるものから成る場合，又は当該記章，表象又は盾の紋地を含む場合(c) 当該標識が，専ら，宗教的又はその他の信念に密接な関連を有する表象から成る場合例文帳に追加

A sign shall be excluded from trademark protection if: (a) it consists of, or contains any of the emblems listed in Article 6ter(1) of the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property, provided that such a sign has been communicated according to Article 6ter(3); (b) it consists of badges, symbols or escutcheons, not covered by subparagraph (a), which are of public interest, or if it contains such badges, symbols or escutcheons; (c) it consists exclusively of symbols having a close relation to religious or other beliefs. - 特許庁

次に該当する者には，少なくとも3月の禁固刑若しくは200,000ドラクマ以下の罰金刑又はその双方が課される。 (a) 商標を変造し，又は変造商標を故意に使用した者 (b) 自らが所有者でない商標を自らの商品又は自らの取引品目に故意に付した者 (c) 購入者を欺くために改変を加えず商標の全部若しくは一部を模倣したか又は当該商標を故意に使用した者 (d) 他の商標を変造又は模倣した商標を伴う商品を故意に販売し，販売のため提供し，又は流通させた者 (e) 第19条の規定に違反して商標を使用した者 (f) ギリシャ又は他の機関の紋章及び象徴又は宗教的象徴を商標として使用した者例文帳に追加

Any person who (a) alters a trademark or knowingly uses an altered trademark; (b) knowingly affixes to the undertaking's goods or to articles of the undertaking's trade a trademark of which he is not the owner; (c) imitates a trademark, in whole or in part, without alteration, with a view to misleading purchasers or knowingly uses such mark; (d) knowingly sells or offers for sale or disseminates goods bearing a trademark that constitutes an alteration or imitation of another trademark; (e) uses a trademark contrary to the provisions of Article 19; (f) uses as a trademark the emblems and symbols of the Greek State or of any authority or religious symbols; shall be liable to a minimum of three months imprisonment or a fine of up to 200,000 Drachma or to both.発音を聞く  - 特許庁
