郵送は，登録部門の事務所における登録官に対し，当該書類その他の物を含む書状を適切に名宛して作成し，かつ，郵送料を先払いして郵送することにより実行されたものとみなされ，また，当該書類又は物は，その書状が登録部門において登録官により実際に受領された時に受領されたものとみなされる。例文帳に追加
