２ 年金積立金管理運用独立行政法人と資金の管理及び運用に関する契約を締結する生命保険会社が、確定給付企業年金法第百十四条第四項の規定により解散厚生年金基金等から物納に係る資産を移換される場合には、当該資産の移換は、内閣府令で定めるところにより、当該年金積立金管理運用独立行政法人と締結する生命保険の契約に係る当該資産の額に相当する金額の保険料の収受とみなして、この法律の規定を適用する。
