三 児童を里親に委託し、又は乳児院、児童養護施設、知的障害児施設、知的障害児通園施設、盲ろうあ児施設、肢体不自由児施設、重症心身障害児施設、情緒障害児短期治療施設若しくは児童自立支援施設に入所させること。

２ この法律で、障害児施設支援とは、知的障害児施設支援、知的障害児通園施設支援、盲ろうあ児施設支援、肢体不自由児施設支援及び重症心身障害児施設支援をいう。
