(9) Within the two-month term specified in subsection (7) of this section, the applicant may request that the missing part be replaced by the full text of the description of the invention of the first patent application or registration application of a utility model with regard to the same invention or that a drawing be replaced by a drawing of the said first application. The request must contain the information specified in subsection (2) on the first patent application or registration application of a utility model. If the first patent application or registration application of a utility model is in a foreign language, the applicant shall submit the Estonian translation of the full text of the description of the invention or drawing to the Patent Office within sixteen months from the date of priority.
