第十二条の十 地区整備計画においては、当該地区整備計画の区域の特性（再開発等促進区及び開発整備促進区にあつては、土地利用に関する基本方針に従つて土地利用が変化した後の区域の特性）に応じた高さ、配列及び形態を備えた建築物を整備することが合理的な土地利用の促進を図るため特に必要であると認められるときは、壁面の位置の制限（道路（都市計画において定められた計画道路及び第十二条の五第五項第二号に規定する施設又は地区施設である道路を含む。）に面する壁面の位置を制限するものを含むものに限る。）、壁面後退区域における工作物の設置の制限（当該壁面後退区域において連続的に有効な空地を確保するため必要なものを含むものに限る。）及び建築物の高さの最高限度を定めるものとする。
