２　前項の規定は、機械等の貸与で、当該貸与の対象となる機械等についてその購入の際の機種の選定、貸与後の保守等当該機械等の所有者が行うべき業務を当該機械等の貸与を受ける事業者が行うもの（小規模企業者等設備導入資金助成法（昭和三十一年法律第百十五号）第二条第六項に規定する都道府県の設備貸与機関が行う設備貸与事業を含む。）については、適用しない。例文帳に追加

２　検査証を受けた特定機械等は、検査証とともにするのでなければ、譲渡し、又は貸与してはならない。例文帳に追加

３　前項の機械等を操作する者は、機械等の貸与を受けた者が同項の規定により講ずる措置に応じて、必要な事項を守らなければならない。例文帳に追加

第六百六十八条　前条の機械等を操作する者は、機械等の貸与を受けた者から同条第二号に掲げる事項について通知を受けたときは、当該事項を守らなければならない。例文帳に追加
