イ 当該申請に係る開発区域内の土地について用途地域、特別用途地区、特定用途制限地域、流通業務地区又は港湾法第三十九条第一項の分区（以下「用途地域等」という。）が定められている場合 当該用途地域等内における用途の制限（建築基準法第四十九条第一項若しくは第二項若しくは第四十九条の二（これらの規定を同法第八十八条第二項において準用する場合を含む。）又は港湾法第四十条第一項の条例による用途の制限を含む。）
