中華人民共和国衛生計画生育委員会、日本国厚生労働省、大韓民国保健福祉部（以下、「参加国」と称する）は、パンデミックインフルエンザや共通の課題である新興/再興感染症（以下、新興/再興感染症とする）に関連する保健及び医学の分野における各国間の有意義な協力を構築するという意志に導かれ、 中華人民共和国、日本国、大韓民国が、公衆衛生研究において強固な伝統を共有し、公衆衛生における協力の長い歴史を有することを考慮し、 パンデミックインフルエンザや新興/再興感染症による国民の健康危機及び社会経済への影響を最小限にするために国際的協力が重要であることを認識し、 中華人民共和国、日本国、大韓民国間のパンデミックインフルエンザと新興/再興感染症の無い地域を達成する必要性と、そのような地域を構築するための効果的な方法を創るための共通の努力の必要性を考慮し、 次の共通認識に達した。例文帳に追加
