約定担保権の英語

原出願に関し，使用権の付与，又は約定担保権又はそれについてのもしくは基づく何れかの権利に関する事項が，登録官に通知されている場合において，原出願が分割されたときは，前記の通知及び事項は，原出願から分割された後の各出願に関して適用されるものとみなす。例文帳に追加
