３ 第一項に規定するもののほか、耐震強化施設を構成する部材の要求性能にあっては、レベル二地震動等の作用による損傷等が、軽微な修復によるレベル二地震動の作用後に当該施設に必要とされる機能の回復に影響を及ぼさないこととする。ただし、当該施設が置かれる自然状況、社会状況等により、更に耐震性を必要とする施設を構成する部材の要求性能にあっては、レベル二地震動の作用後に当該施設に必要とされる機能を損なわず継続して使用することに影響を及ぼさないこととする。
