第二十条　公共職業能力開発施設の行う普通職業訓練又は高度職業訓練（以下「公共職業訓練」という。）においては、厚生労働大臣の認定を受けた教科書その他の教材を使用するように努めなければならない。

２　第二十八条第一項に規定する職業訓練における職業訓練指導員については、当該職業訓練指導員が当該職業訓練に係る教科につき同条第三項各号に掲げる者と同等以上の能力を有する者として厚生労働省令で定める者（同条第五項各号のいずれかに該当する者を除く。）に該当するときは、当該教科に関しては、同条第一項の規定にかかわらず、職業訓練指導員免許を受けた者であることを要しない。

(2) Vocational training instructors for the vocational training prescribed in Article 28, paragraph (1) shall not be required to hold a vocational training instructor's license with regard to the curriculums of said vocational training, notwithstanding the provision of Article 28, paragraph (1), if they fall under the persons specified by an Ordinance of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare as those who have equal or higher ability compared with the persons listed in the items of paragraph (3) of the same Article with regard to the curriculums of said training (excluding persons falling under any of the items of paragraph (5) of the same Article). - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
