４　利害関係人は、前項の臨港地区の区域の案が第二項の規定に適合しないと認めるときは、前項の縦覧期間満了の日までに、その事実を具して国土交通大臣に申し出て、臨港地区の区域の案の変更を港湾管理者に求めることを請求することができる。例文帳に追加

５　前項の請求があったときは、国土交通大臣は、当該港湾で運輸審議会の開催する公聴会において、港湾管理者にその臨港地区の区域の案が第二項の規定に適合するものであることを述べる十分な機会を与えた後、当該請求に理由があると認めたときは、港湾管理者に対し理由を示して臨港地区の区域の案を変更すべきことを求めることができる。例文帳に追加

(5) The Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism may, when such a request set forth in the preceding paragraph is made and he/she finds such a request to be reasonable, after giving the Port Management Body an adequate opportunity to show that the proposed Waterfront Area is in compliance with the provisions of paragraph (2) at the public hearing to be held by the Transport Council at the said port, instruct the Port Management Body to change the proposed Waterfront Area indicating the reason.発音を聞く  - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
