(a) 移送する裁判所に提出された訴訟に関連する全ての記録書類は，移送する裁判所の書記官又は他の適切な事務官によって，前記の他の裁判所に送付されなければならず，かつ (b) 前記の他の裁判所は，その訴訟が前記の他の裁判所で開始され，かつ，移送した裁判所でとられた訴訟手続と同じ手続が当該裁判所でとられていたものとして，訴訟を進めなければならない。例文帳に追加
