第八十二条の二　法第七十七条第三項において準用する法第五十三条の二第一項の規定により都道府県労働局長が技能講習の業務の全部又は一部を自ら行う場合における前三条の規定の適用については、第八十条、第八十一条並びに前条第一項及び第二項中「登録教習機関」とあるのは、「都道府県労働局長又は登録教習機関」とする。

３　厚生労働大臣又は都道府県労働局長は、登録製造時等検査機関、登録性能検査機関、登録個別検定機関、登録型式検定機関、検査業者、指定試験機関、登録教習機関、指定コンサルタント試験機関又は指定登録機関（以下「登録製造時等検査機関等」という。）の業務の適正な運営を確保するため必要があると認めるときは、その職員をしてこれらの事務所に立ち入り、関係者に質問させ、又はその業務に関係のある帳簿、書類その他の物件を検査させることができる。
