第十条　機構は、鉱工業承継業務を終えたときは、鉱工業承継勘定を廃止するものとし、その廃止の際鉱工業承継勘定についてその債務を弁済してなお残余財産があるときは、当該残余財産の額を基盤法改正法附則第三条第一項の政府及び政府以外の者（附則第三条第二項の規定による払戻しを受けた者を除く。）に対し、その出資額に応じて分配するものとする。例文帳に追加
