隠匿行為の英語

一　債務者の財産（相続財産の破産にあっては、相続財産に属する財産、信託財産の破産にあっては信託財産に属する財産。以下この条において同じ。）を隠匿し、又は損壊する行為例文帳に追加

一　当該行為が、不動産の金銭への換価その他の当該処分による財産の種類の変更により、再生債務者において隠匿、無償の供与その他の再生債権者を害する処分（以下この条並びに第百三十二条の二第二項及び第三項において「隠匿等の処分」という。）をするおそれを現に生じさせるものであること。例文帳に追加

３　前項の規定の適用については、当該行為の相手方が第百二十七条の二第二項各号に掲げる者のいずれかであるときは、その相手方は、当該行為の当時、再生債務者が前項の隠匿等の処分をする意思を有していたことを知っていたものと推定する。例文帳に追加

２　前項に規定する場合における第百六十一条第一項の規定の適用については、当該行為の相手方が受託者等又は会計監査人であるときは、その相手方は、当該行為の当時、受託者等が同項第二号の隠匿等の処分をする意思を有していたことを知っていたものと推定する。例文帳に追加
