(1) 特許出願権の発明者から他人への移転は，別個の書面による合意又は第12条(2)による契約若しくは雇用契約に基づいて行わなければならない。前記の合意又は契約には，特許の全有効期間にわたって，第13条(8)により発明から得られる利益から公正な収入を受領する発明者の権利を保証する規定を含めなければならない。例文帳に追加
