In application of the foregoing provisions of the Commercial Registration Act, the phrase "Article 64(1) of the Commercial Code" in Article 56(3) of the Commercial Registration Act shall be replaced with "Article 17 of the Limited Partnership Act for Investment (Act No 90 of 1998)" and the phrases "a representative of the juridical person or other executives of the juridical person" and "the head office or principal office and branches or secondary offices of the juridical person" in Article 56 of the Civil Preservation Act shall respectively be replaced with "a general partner or a liquidator of the Investment LPS" and "the principal office and secondary offices of the Investment LPS".発音を聞く 例文帳に追加
