(b) If the worker makes an invention in connection with his professional activity within the enterprise or through use of means or information provided by the enterprise, the employer shall have the right to assume ownership of the invention or to reserve to himself a right of use thereof within a period of 90 days from the time at which the existence of the invention became known to him.
