(8) The provisions of paragraphs 3 through 5 above shall apply mutatis mutandis to leave taken by an employee prescribed in Article 4 paragraph 1 of the Local Public Service Act (Act No. 261 of 1950) (excluding part-time personnel who do not hold an official post with short working hours prescribed in Article 28-5 paragraph 1 of the same Act, the same shall apply hereinafter in this Article), for the purpose of taking care of his/her Family Member in Care-requiring Condition.
