(b) The applicant must engage in theatrical or musical performances based on a contract (limited to one that clearly specifies that the organization concerned bears the obligation of making a payment of at least 200,000 yen per month to the applicant; hereinafter referred to as "performance contract" in this item) with an organization in Japan which fulfills all of the following requirements.
