２　第九十五条第二項及び第四項の規定は、前項に規定するレコード製作者について準用し、同条第三項の規定は、前項の規定により保護を受ける期間について準用する。この場合において、同条第二項から第四項までの規定中「国民をレコード製作者とするレコードに固定されている実演に係る実演家」とあるのは「国民であるレコード製作者」と、同条第三項中「実演家が保護を受ける期間」とあるのは「レコード製作者が保護を受ける期間」と読み替えるものとする。例文帳に追加
