第三十条　四親等内の児童以外の児童を、その親権を行う者又は未成年後見人から離して、自己の家庭（単身の世帯を含む。）に、三月（乳児については、一月）を超えて同居させる意思をもつて同居させた者又は継続して二月以上（乳児については、二十日以上）同居させた者（法令の定めるところにより児童を委託された者及び児童を単に下宿させた者を除く。）は、同居を始めた日から三月以内（乳児については、一月以内）に、市町村長を経て、都道府県知事に届け出なければならない。ただし、その届出期間内に同居をやめたときは、この限りでない。例文帳に追加

Article 30 (1) If a person (excluding persons to whom children are entrusted pursuant to laws and regulations and persons who merely lodge children) starts living together with a child other than children within the fourth degree of kinship at the person's own home (including the case of a single-person household) with the intention of living together for more than 3 months (or more than 1 month, if the child is an infant) or lives together at the person's own home for consecutive 2 months or more (or 20 days or more, if the child is an infant) by separating the child from the person who has parental authority or the guardian of a minor, that person living together shall notify the prefectural governor through the mayor of municipality within 3 months (or within 1 month, if the child is an infant) from the date of start of such living together; provided, however, that this shall not apply when such living together is discontinued within this notification period.発音を聞く  - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
