５　この法律において「貨物自動車運送事業者」とは、貨物自動車運送事業法（平成元年法律第八十三号）第二条第二項の一般貨物自動車運送事業又は同条第三項の特定貨物自動車運送事業を経営する者をいう。例文帳に追加
