２　経済産業大臣は、前項本文に規定する場合において、石油保有量が基準備蓄量に達していない程度又は石油保有量が基準備蓄量に達していない期間が経済産業省令で定める基準に該当すると認めるときは、当該石油精製業者等に対し、期限を定めて、第六条第一項の規定に従つて石油を保有すべきことを命ずることができる。例文帳に追加
