８　この法律において「信託契約代理業」とは、信託契約（当該信託契約に基づく信託の受託者が当該信託の受益権（当該受益権を表示する証券又は証書を含む。）の発行者（金融商品取引法（昭和二十三年法律第二十五号）第二条第五項に規定する発行者をいう。）とされる場合を除く。）の締結の代理（信託会社又は外国信託会社を代理する場合に限る。）又は媒介を行う営業をいう。例文帳に追加
