２　前項に規定する措置は、この法律の適用については、前条第一項第三号の児童自立支援施設又は児童養護施設に入所させる措置とみなす。ただし、同条第四項及び第六項（措置を解除し、停止し、又は他の措置に変更する場合に係る部分を除く。）並びに第二十八条の規定の適用については、この限りでない。例文帳に追加

２　都道府県は、第二十七条第一項第三号の規定により里親に委託され、又は児童養護施設、知的障害児施設（国の設置する知的障害児施設を除く。）、盲ろうあ児施設、情緒障害児短期治療施設若しくは児童自立支援施設に入所した児童については満二十歳に達するまで、同号の規定により国の設置する知的障害児施設に入所した児童についてはその者が社会生活に順応することができるようになるまで、引き続き同号の規定による委託を継続し、又はその者をこれらの児童福祉施設に在所させる措置を採ることができる。例文帳に追加
