２　入国審査官は、前項の帰国の確認を受けようとする者が次の各号のいずれにも該当するときは、氏名、生年月日、性別、上陸年月日及び上陸する出入国港を帰国の証印に代わる記録のために用いられるファイルであつて第七条第四項に規定する電子計算機に備えられたものに記録することができる。この場合においては、前項の規定にかかわらず、同項の証印をすることを要しない。例文帳に追加
