２　公正取引委員会の職員が前項に規定する処分通知等に関する事務を電子情報処理組織を使用して行つたときは、第七十条の十七において読み替えて準用する民事訴訟法第百九条の規定による送達に関する事項を記載した書面の作成及び提出に代えて、当該事項を電子情報処理組織を使用して公正取引委員会の使用に係る電子計算機（入出力装置を含む。）に備えられたファイルに記録しなければならない。例文帳に追加
