第九十五条の二　国土交通大臣は、空域の適正な利用及び安全かつ円滑な航空交通の確保を図るため、第九十六条及び第九十七条に規定するもののほか、空域における航空交通及び気象の状況を考慮した飛行経路の設定並びに交通量の監視及び調整、これらに関する情報の国土交通省令で定める国内定期航空運送事業その他の航空運送事業を経営する者（以下「国内定期航空運送事業者等」という。）への提供その他必要な措置を講ずるものとする。例文帳に追加

８　この法律において「第二種貨物利用運送事業」とは、他人の需要に応じ、有償で、船舶運航事業者、航空運送事業者又は鉄道運送事業者の行う運送に係る利用運送と当該利用運送に先行し及び後続する当該利用運送に係る貨物の集貨及び配達のためにする自動車（道路運送車両法（昭和二十六年法律第百八十五号）第二条第二項の自動車（三輪以上の軽自動車及び二輪の自動車を除く。）をいう。以下同じ。）による運送（貨物自動車運送事業者の行う運送に係る利用運送を含む。以下「貨物の集配」という。）とを一貫して行う事業をいう。例文帳に追加
