(4) The provisions of Article 30, paragraphs 2 to 4 inclusive, Article 31, Article 32, Article 32-4, Article 32-5, Article 32-6, paragraph 2, paragraph 3 and paragraph 5, Articles 32-7 to 32-10 inclusive, and Articles 32-12 to 32-16 inclusive shall apply mutatis mutandis to the free employment placement business conducted under the license provided for in paragraph 1 and the person who obtained said license. ７　この法律において「職業紹介事業者」とは、第三十条第一項若しくは第三十三条第一項の許可を受けて、又は第三十三条の二第一項、第三十三条の三第一項若しくは第三十三条の四第一項の規定による届出をして職業紹介事業を行う者をいう。例文帳に追加
