４　行政庁は、共済事業を行う組合の業務の健全かつ適切な運営を確保し、組合員その他の共済契約者の保護を図るため特に必要があると認めるときは、その必要の限度において、当該組合の子法人等（子会社その他組合がその経営を支配している法人として主務省令で定めるものをいう。次項並びに次条第四項及び第五項において同じ。）又は共済代理店に対し、当該組合の業務又は会計の状況に関し参考となるべき報告又は資料の提出を求めることができる。例文帳に追加
