インドでは、外国企業が小売業分野で直接投資を行うには、①商品が単一ブランドとして販売されること（複数の自社ブランド扱う小売業は認められない）、②国際的に同じブランドで販売されること（インドのみでの固有のブランド展開は認められない）、③単一ブランド小売業は、製造時にそのブランドが記載される商品のみを扱うこと（輸入後や製造後にラベルを付け替え、自社ブランドとして販売することはできない）、という規制がある。例文帳に追加
