２　都道府県知事は、前項の認定をしようとする場合において、当該職業訓練を受ける労働者が労働基準法第七十条の規定に基づく厚生労働省令又は労働安全衛生法（昭和四十七年法律第五十七号）第六十一条第四項の規定に基づく厚生労働省令の適用を受けるべきものであるときは、厚生労働省令で定める場合を除き、都道府県労働局長の意見を聴くものとする。例文帳に追加
