実用新案権の設定の登録の英語

実用新案法は、考案の早期権利保護を図る観点から、実体審査を行わずに実用新案権の設定の登録をすることとしているが、設定登録を権利付与の要件とする方式主義を採用しているため、実用新案登録出願は、設定登録を受けるに足る一定の要件を満たす必要がある。例文帳に追加
