専門家証人の英語

特許庁における手続に関して，特許裁判所は，特許庁の請求により，出廷を怠った証人及び専門家，又は証言すること若しくは宣誓して証言することを拒否する証人若しくは専門家に対して召喚状の送達又は強制的措置(Ordnungs- oder Zwangsmittel)を行うものとする。同様に，出廷を怠っている証人に対して，送達された召喚状の執行が命ぜられるものとする。例文帳に追加
