差押え調書の英語

第二百十九条　委員会職員は、この章の規定により質問、検査、領置、臨検、捜索又は差押えをしたときは、その調書を作成し、質問を受けた者又は立会人に示し、これらの者とともにこれに署名押印しなければならない。ただし、質問を受けた者又は立会人が署名押印せず、又は署名押印することができないときは、その旨を付記すれば足りる。例文帳に追加
