(3) Leave to appeal on a point of law from an order of a Board of Appeal of the Patent Court shall not be required if one of the following procedural deficiencies is involved and objected to: 1. if the court which rendered the order was not properly constituted; 2. if a judge participated in rendering the order who was excluded by law from exercising the office of judge or was successfully challenged on reasonable grounds of suspicion of partiality; 3. if a party to the proceedings was refused the right to be heard; 4. if a party to the proceedings was not represented according to the provisions of the law, unless he expressly or tacitly agreed with the conduct of the proceedings; 5. if the order was rendered on the basis of a hearing in which the provisions on the public nature of proceedings were violated, or 6. if the order does not state the grounds therefor.発音を聞く  - 特許庁
