二　本邦と本邦外の地域との間の航空路に定期に航空機を就航させている運送業者に所属する外国人である乗員が、許可を受けた日から一年間、数次にわたり、その都度、同一の運送業者の運航する航空機の乗員として同一の出入国港から出国することを条件として休養、買物その他これらに類似する目的をもつて本邦に到着した日から十五日を超えない範囲内で上陸することを希望する場合であつて、法務省令で定める手続により、その者につき、当該運送業者から申請があつたとき。例文帳に追加
